winxp를 사용하고 있는 데요. 며칠 전부터 자동적으로 재부팅이 거듭되고 하드웨어나 소프트웨어에 문제가 있다고 안전모드에서 삭제를 하라는 파란창이 뜨서 약100초정도 쯤 지난뒤 부팅이 되어서, 오류보고를 보내면 디바이스 드라이브에 문제가 있다고 마이크로소프트사의 홈페이지가 뜹니다. 저는 디바이스 드라이브가 뭔지를 모르겠읍니다.
소프트웨어는 문제의 소지가 있다고 생각되는 것은 모두 지웠는 데도 마찬가지입니다.
어떻게 해야 되는 지 아시는 분있으시면 도움 요청합니다..
