PixelToolbox is a complete tool to design and create patterns, wallpaper tiles, icons, and cursors for the Windows desktop. It provides a wide array editing tools, including advanced options like warping, gradients, selective fill, added text and others. You can create icons of different sizes, starting from 16x16 to 64x64 as well as 1 bit patterns, color patterns and cursors. Depending on your project, the workspace is automatically customized for the job.
