속도풀기하면 1단계에서 Failed to get TFTP server IP, Retrying

I was unable to get the values from the
modem. The main reason this happens is
because your ISP has blocked you from
getting SNMP values on this interface
(192.168.100.1). All is not lost. Go to
//192.168.100.1 and then click
 "Addresses" at the top. Next look for the
entry that says "HFC IP Address" Enter this
IP for your host address and try again.

192.168.100.1에 들어가서 펌웨어를 확인해서 받으라는 분들도 계신데..

모뎀을 바꿔달라고 하면 바꿔주나요????

지금 계약기간 2달남았는데 참았다가 인터넷을 바꿀까요? ㅡㅡ

하여턴 1단계라도 풀어보고 싶네요..

아는분 제발 답변좀 주세용.. ^^

그리고 랜카드도 바꿔봣는데 효과 역시 없구요.. ㅜ.ㅜ
