그첫째로, 안식교는 성경의 권위 외에 그들의 최종적인 권위를 갖고 있다.

ㅡ안식교는 그들의 창시자 화이트 부인(Mrs.Ellen G. White)이 받았다고 하는 계시를

최종적 영감으로 받아들이고 있다. ㅡ

둘째로,안식교는 행위로 말미암은 칭의를 말하고 있다.

ㅡ토요일 안식일을 지킴으로써 의롭게 된다고 하며, 은혜로 말미암은 칭의를 부인하고 있다.ㅡ

셋째로, 안식교는 예수 그리스도의 구속사역을 낮게 평가한다.

ㅡ안식교는 예수 그리스도의 십자가에 구속을 미완성적인 것으로 간주한다. ㅡ

 넷째로, 안식교는 하나님의 남은 자의 교로서 자처한다.

  ㅡ 즉 자기들만이 유일한 하나님의 공동체라 자처한다.

      그리고 모든 기독교회를 이방인시 한다.ㅡ

 다섯째로,안식교는 종말론에 있어서 환상적 신비주의다.

ㅡ안식교는 그들의 발생부터 주관주의적 환상주의였고, 창시자인 화이트 부인 역시 자신의 깨달음을 계시화한 것이다.ㅡ
