16bit 시스템만 에뮬레이트하는데도, 무려 당당하게 CDROM 드라이버가 있는 아넥스86!
WIN32 드라이버와(anecdx9x.zip)
NT5 드라이버가(anecdxnt.zip) 각기 있으니까 쓰고 계신 컴의 OS에 맞는 것만 Anex86EX가 들어 있는 디렉토리에 담아 쓰세요
사용중인 시스템의 OS에 맞는 CDROM 드라이버를 추가한 다음 Anex86EX를 재시동하면 그림과 같은 CDX 탭이 생긴대요
사용법은 T98-Next와 비슷하고
(에뮬레이트할 드라이버를 지정하고, 론쳐 프로그램이 설치된 하드디스크 이미지를 첫번째 슬롯에 마운트한 다음, 부팅!)
WIN32 대응판과 NT5 대응판의 구성물은 서로 다릅니다
WIN32) anecdx9a.dll + anecdx9x.e86 + cdx.sys
NT5) anecdxnt.e86 + cdx.sys

Emulator

You have the choice between Anex86 and T98-Next. There a lot of pro and cons for either of them but I recommend Anex86 because it gives a playable emulation of Policenauts and the emulator itself in English.
Anex86:
- Get latest version (2.78) from //homepage2.nifty.com/ans/ax/axdown.htm
- Also download the CD-plugins anecdxnt.zip (for WinNT/2000/XP) or anecdx9x.zip (for Win9x)
- Also download the kanji font from //www.jcec.co.uk/pc98_util.html
- Extract 'anex86e1.zip' and the CD-plugin zip to a directory on your harddisk.
- Extract 'font.zip' to same directory where Anex86 was extracted.
- Start up Anex86 and click 'Config' in the main window.
- Go to tab 'System' and select 'Ext-RAM' and fill in '8192'. This configures extra memory.
- Go to tab 'Sound' and select type '-86' and select 'real' and enable all fm channels.
- Go to tab 'Wave' and select 44KHz for the 'Rate' and enter '64' for the 'Buffer'
- Go to tab 'CDX' and select the (virtual) CD drive which contains the Policenauts CD.
- Go to tab 'Window' and select 'Use 640x400'.
- Go to tab 'Video' ensure that option 'GDC clock 5 MHz' is out.
- Go to tab 'Font' and press '...' to choose the Anex86.bmp font file.
- Close config window.
- Select floppy image 'User (Anex).fdi' as FDD1 in main window.
- Select harddisk image 'Policenauts.hdi' as HDD1 in main window.
- Click 'Start' in main window to start the emulator.
- The game should start automatically.
