미리보기 캐시파일(Thumbs.db)을 생성하지 않도록 합니다.
미리보기 캐시파일을 생성해도 미리보기의 반응속도는 빨라지지 않으며, 쓸모없는 파일을 생성시킬 뿐입니다.

4. 탐색기를 분리된 프로세스로 실행
윈도창의 프로세스를 모두 각각 실행되도록 분리시킴으로서
탐색기 하나가 잘못된 동작을 일으켰을 때, 시스템 전체가 멈추는 것을 방지합니다.

:::::: 3. 넥스에디션 사용방법 ::::::



Nero Burning ROM같은 레코딩 소프트웨어로
넥스에디션 ISO파일을 이미지 레코딩으로 공미디어에
저배속으로 이미지 레코딩을 하신 다음에
CD부팅을 하시면 윈도를 설치하실 수 있습니다.
넥스에디션은 윈도환경에서는 설치하실 수 없습니다.
반드시 CD부팅으로 진행하셔야 설치하실 수 있습니다.
 
:::::: 4. 기타기능 ::::::
넥스에디션은 윈도설치와는 관련없는 몇가지 편의기능을 제공합니다.



▶ 넥스에디션 디스크로 부팅했을 때 나타나는 부트메뉴입니다.
1. Ghost ver.11.5
시스템 백업 및 복구작업을 하실 수 있습니다.
2. Partition Magic ver.8.0
파티션 생성 및 삭제 등 파티션관련 작업을 하실 수 있습니다.
 
5. 특이사항



▶ 넥스에디션은 두가지 설치모드를 제공합니다.
SETUP with Driver Packs모드는 일반적인 상황에서 사용하시면 되며,
SETUP without Driver Packs모드는 넥스에디션에 통합된 드라이버팩과
넥스에디션을 설치하려는 시스템이 충돌하는 경우에 사용하시면 됩니다.
드라이버팩 통합유무 이외의 나머지는 모두 동일합니다.



▶ 간혹 복구콘솔이 필요한 경우가 있습니다. 복구콘솔을 사용하시려면
설치모드로 진입하신후에 위의 화면이 나왔을 때 F10키를 한 번 눌러주시면 됩니다.
잠시 기다리시면 드라이버로딩이 끝나고 복구콘솔로 진입합니다.


▶ 넥스에디션은 다른 커스텀XP와 설치화면이 다릅니다.
화려한 배경화면과 쓸데없는 안내문구는 설치속도를 느리게 만들뿐입니다.
단순한 모양의 셋업윈도와 검정색으로 처리된 배경화면은
약간 지루할수도 있지만 대신 빠른 설치속도를 제공합니다. 

NEX Edition [ VS ] NEX Edition T
본 실험의 목적은, 동일한 시스템에 넥스에디션과 넥스에디션T를 설치한 후 비교하여,
넥스에디션T가 보통의 넥스에디션에 비해 얼만큼 가벼운지를 직접 보여드리는 것입니다. 

VMware 테스트 환경	Memory - 256MB / HDD - 20GB	두 시스템 모두 SETUP with Driver Packs모드로 설치

1. 최초부팅 직후의 메모리 사용량 -10MB	총121MB 사용	총 111MB 사용

※ 컴퓨터마다 하드웨어 환경이 각기 다르기 때문에, 실제 시스템에 설치하셨을때는
메모리 점유율과 하드디스크 사용량이 위 실험결과와 비슷할 수 있어도 일치하지는 않습니다.
동일한 시스템환경에서의 넥스에디션과 넥스에디션T의 비교일뿐입니다. 참고만 하시기 바랍니다.

디스크 내용물 크기만 대폭 줄여서 최적화된 셋트를 배포하기로
한국 뿐만 아니라, 독일, 타이완, 미국에서도 널리 알려진
Digital NEX의 32비트 윈도우즈 서버 2003 서비스팩2 엔터프라이즈의 최종완결판입니다.

SERVER 2003 SP2 Enterprise 최종완결판은 여기에 싣는 R4와 4개월 후의 R5까지 두 종류가 나왔는데
하드디스크 포맷 직후 CD로 부팅해서 설치할 경우, 구성되는 내용물은 완벽하게 똑같습니다.

8월 2일자의 R4와 12월 1일자의 R5가 다른 점이 있다면

R4는 2007년 2월17일, 6월17일, 7월2일, 8월2일 각기 최종검수된
SP2 구성요소와 핫픽스를 통합해서 만들어졌으며
GUI/윈도우즈 모드에서 오토런 메뉴를 지원하고
NT4/NT3.51에서의 업그레이드를 지원하고
LC ISO creator를 포함하고 있어서
자기 디스크 이미지 생성기능을 쓸 수 있고
Snoopy Ghost를 담고 있어서 하드디스크 백업도구로 쓸 수 있다는 점
그래서 디스크 용량이 644MB

R5는 R4때의 구성요소를 거의 그대로 가져와서
(NT5/WINDOWS 설치/구성요소와 핫픽스는 몽땅 그대로)
NT4에서의 업그레이드 기능을 없애고
CD로 부팅한 상태로만 설치할 수 있도록 했으며
Snoopy Ghost 대신에 보다 간단하고 실용적인 Leechget와
Edit plus 편집기를 넣었다는 것
그래서 디스크 용량이 631MB

OS로서의 기능은 두 버전 공히 동일합니다
32bit 컴퓨터에서 쓸 수 있고
2008년 1월까지 대응되는 모든 핫핏스가 최적화 되어 있고
무인설치가 되고
NVIDIA 처리속도 향상 레지스트리 예제가 들어 있고
동아시아 언어팩과 유럽 주요국가 언어까지만은 완벽하게 들어 있고
다이렉트X 9c 완전패치가 되어 있다는 것.

서버에디션 답지않게, 부팅속도나 초기 리소스 점유비율도 아주 그만일 정도로
최소/최적화 되어 있으니까 무려 셀로론 300A에서도 사용할 수 있을 정도고
사용자 계정문제로 Shift JIS 기반의 소프트를 실행 못하는 일도
일~절 없습니다.

   hiren도 부팅은 하나 1번 파티션툴도 오류나고
   넥스트에디션 xp도 다운 받기도 힘들고......여러번 실패하다가 겨우 다운 받았는데

     zip/rar 압축해도 거의 용량이 안줄어서 그냥 실어 버렸는데, CRC 검증할 수 있도록 분할압축할 걸 그랬나 봐요?
     WXNT08R2.ISO ← 저희 집 Celeron 300A SDRAM 64MB×4(100MHz) 사양에서 쓰고 있고
     2003n2r5.iso ← 저희 집 NorthWood 2.4B RDRAM 512MB×4(800MHz) 사양에서 지금! 쓰고 있는 중이고
     hirbcd96.iso ← 저희 집이랑 가게 컴들 포맷/파티션구성 할 때 쓴 거라서 근본적으로 "아무 문제없이 잘 되던 것"이지만..
     한 가지 확인하고 싶은 건
     【뭘 가지고 다운로드 하셨대요?】
     혹시라도 마소 인터넷 탐색기 7~6.2600 이런 걸로 "받아 봤다"면
     이곳 게시판에서는 기본 【보증범위外】고..
     ATAPI CDROM 드라이브에 버퍼링이 제대로 되야 쓸 수 있는 거래요.
     (저는 자기가 안쓰는 걸 나누자는 왈애주 닝겐이 아니래요. -_-)
