저는 하나로 티랜을 사용하는데요

이렇게 뜨거든요 근데 여기서 보면 저번에 테스트 할때는 Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 10ms 로 나왔었는데 ..지금은 이렇게 뜨네여.. 이유가 뭔가요?
하드 포멧하고 나서 다시 설치하니깐 인터넷이 느려져서 해본건데 ㅡ.ㅡ...
이유좀 가르쳐 주세요
