두루넷 DNS까지 pathping을 해봤는데, 중간 중간 packet이 깨집니다.
(참고로 전 XP와 100M 3com 랜카드를 씁니다.)
고객지원실 전화해도 정상이라며 속도패치를 설치하라는데, 노이즈랑 속도 패치랑 무슨 상관이 있는지...-_-;
속도 패치해도 노이즈끼면 결국 느려지는건 매한가지인데 걸 무시하는 듯 하네요.
장기계약 해지하고 옮겨야 하나...휴~
